Homemade Egg Pasta
Fresh Pasta for a little taste of Italy any time.
Ingredients

4 large
|
eggs
|
|
1 tablespoon
|
water
|
|
3 1/2 cups
|
sifted all-purpose flour
|
|
1/2 teaspoon
|
salt
|
Cooking Instructions
Place eggs, water, flour and salt in bowl and stir together until well mixed.
Place on lightly floured board and knead for 3 minutes. Let it rest for 20 minutes, covered with a cloth.
Divide into 4 pieces before processing through a pasta sheet roller. Makes about 1 pound.
