Cooking Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, celery seed and salt. Reserve.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cabbages, cucumber, carrots, and red pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve.
