Turkey Casserole

Good for a potluck.

Turkey Casserole


2 cups uncooked pasta or elbow macaroni
2-3 cups leftover turkey, white or dark meat
2 10.5 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups milk
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
4 hardboiled eggs, cut up
4 ounces grated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients except eggs together and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

Just before baking, mix in eggs.

Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
