Amy's Cranberry Salsa


1 (12 ounce) bag fresh or frozen cranberries
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
2 limes, juiced
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar (based on preference)
pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in food processor fitted with medium blade. Chop to medium consistency.

Serve with corn chips. Refrigerate if not using immediately, but serve at room temperature.
