Hot Khalua Cocoa


1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2-3/4 cup sugar (adjust to desired sweetness)
3 cups water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups 10 percent cream (half and half)
3/4 cup (6 oz) Kahlua (optional)
marshmallows (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Whisk together the water, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, and cream in a large slow cooker.

Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Stir in the Kahlua about 15 minutes before serving, if desired.

Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows, if desired.
