Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, and margarine. Add baking soda, vanilla, peanut butter, and eggs and blend well. Next, add the gluten free oatmeal.
Stir in the M&M's, chocolate chips, and walnuts, if using.
Shape into balls and bake at 350 F for 10 minutes or until brown. Watch closely.
