Cook pasta and set aside.
Sauté garlic, kale, and bell pepper until soft. Put mixture in a bowl and add salt and ricotta cheese. Blend gently. Fold in pasta.
Place mixture in a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Note: You could also use large shells. Stuff and sprinkle with cheese, baking 10 minutes. In addition, you can top the pasta mixture with your favorite tomato sauce before you sprinkle with the mozzarella or parmesan cheese.
