Honey Lime Fruit Salad


1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1 small cantaloupe
1 small honeydew melon
1/2 small seedless watermelon
1-1/2 cups seedless grapes

Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl whisk together the lime juice, honey, and fresh mint. Set aside.

Cut the melons into 1/2- to 1-inch pieces and place in a large bowl. Add grapes and stir to combine. Keep chilled until ready to serve.

Just before serving pour the lime juice mixture over the fruit and toss to evenly coat the fruit. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
