strawberries, sliced and hulls removed

orange juice

Cooking Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium low heat, combine half of the strawberries, half of the raspberries and half of the blueberries. Add the orange juice and honey. Stir mixture gently and cook for 15 minutes. The fruit will release juices and soften. Mash with a fork, or a potato masher.
In a medium bowl, place remaining fruit and toss together gently.
Place each waffle on a serving plate. Top with warmed, mashed fruit. Garnish with whipped cream and remaining fruit. Serves 4
