Cooking Instructions
Muddle mint with sugar in bottom of large glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add rum, lime juice, and cranberry juice concentrate. Shake vigorously in cocktail shaker to blend, then strain into glass (or stir vigorously in glass). Add sparkling water and ice.
Makes one mojito.
