Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients

cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced

1/2 cup
|
Greek yogurt
|
|
2 tablespoons
|
olive oil
|
|
juice from 1/2 a lemon
|
|
|
1 tablespoon
|
fresh dill, chopped
|
|

garlic cloves, peeled
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|
Cooking Instructions
Place the cucumbers in a strainer over a bowl and sprinkle with a little salt. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
In a food processor add yogurt, cucumbers, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper.
Process until all ingredients are well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
