Roast on a Rack
Always roast your turkey at 325F and always roast your turkey on a rack so that the air can circulate under the turkey. Therefore, the underneath part or back of the turkey can also get nice and brown, and you will always have a great roasted turkey. Also take it out of the oven 10 degrees before it is ready and let it sit. By the time you are ready to serve it, it will be done to perfection and the juices will have had a chance to redistribute throughout the turkey and it will be nice and moist.
