Simple Smoothie
Ingredients

1 cup

frozen strawberries (or your favorite fruit)
|

1

banana (frozen or fresh)
|
|
1/2 cup
|
yogurt
|
|
1/2 cup
|
milk or fruit juice
|
|
1 tablespoon
|
honey (or to taste)
|
Cooking Instructions
Process in blender until smooth. Add ice cubes to thicken, or additional milk to thin the mixture. Serve immediately.
