1 9-inch	pie crust (deep-dish works best)
3/4 pound	Italian sausage
1 1/2 cups	cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup	onion, diced

1	jalapeno, diced (seeds and pith removed)
2 tablespoons	water
2	eggs, beaten
1 cup	milk (rice & soy can also be used)
2 cloves	garlic, minced

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown sausage in skillet, drain. Sauté onion, bell pepper and jalapeno in a skillet using olive oil. Add garlic when mixture is almost done. Spread mixture evenly in pie crust. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into shell over sausage mixture.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until brown.
