Radicchio and Apple Crostini

Ingredients

1 head radicchio
1 shallot, minced
1 apple, diced
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
  salt and pepper to taste
  Italian bread

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat oil in a large saute pan. Saute shallot and apple for approximately 3 minutes.
2. Add radicchio, honey, salt and pepper and cook until wilted.
3. Mix well and add balsamic vinegar.
4. Serve on toasted Italian bread.
