Popsicled Pansies

Ingredients

  Juice or lemonade - pink and regular lemonade are the favorites
  Fresh pansies

Cooking Instructions

1. Pour lemonade or juice into forms or paper cups, leaving about 1/4 of it empty.
2. Place a few pansies into the form and place in the freezer.
3. If you choose to use paper cup, be sure to take them out while still partially soft to insert popcicle sticks.
4. Freeze until hard and serve.
