Chefs Turkey Brine
Ingredients

canning salt

5 cloves

minced garlic

1 1/2 tablespoon

black pepper

1/3 cup

Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup
|
brown sugar
|
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large container (big enough for your turkey). Soak turkey for 2 days before cooking.
