Combine butter, sugar, and spices in a large skillet. Place the pan over low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Stir in banana liquor and add bananas. When the bananas start to soften and brown, add the rum. When rum is hot, tip the pan slightly to ignite the rum. Flames will lower after a few seconds, at this point, lift bananas out of the pan and place four pieces over each portion of ice cream. Spoon sauce over the top of the ice cream and serve immediately.
