Ingredients

1/2 cup Extravagonzo Oil (Roasted Garlic or Meyer Lemon are best)
1 to 2 lbs. Asparagus
  Seasoned salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Pour Extravagonzo Oil in fry pan. Toss in trimmed asparagus. Roll around until covered with oil. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of salt and pepper. Sauté on medium high heat until soft but tender. Serve directly to place.
