Asparagonzo
Ingredients

1/2 cup

Extravagonzo Oil (Roasted Garlic or Meyer Lemon are best)

|
1 to 2 lbs
|
Asparagus
|
|
|
Seasoned salt and pepper
|
Cooking Instructions
Pour Extravagonzo Oil in fry pan. Toss in trimmed aspragus. Roll around until covered with oil. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of salt and pepper. Saute on medioum high heat until soft but tender. Serve directly to place.
