Edamame Hummus
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups

edamame cooked and shelled
|
|
2 tbsp
|
tahini paste
|
|
1/4 cup
|
water
|
|
2 tsp
|
lemon zest
|
|
1
|
lemon (juiced)
|
|
2 cloves
|
garlic
|
|
2 tsp
|
olive oil
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|
|
|
black and white sesame seeds to garnish (if desired)

Cooking Instructions
Use a food processor to blend all ingredients, except for sesame seeds and 1 tsp of olive oil. More water may be needed depending on consistency. Once desired consistency has been reached, put hummus in a bowl and garnish with remaining olive oil and sesame seeds. Serve with you favorite chips, crackers, or veggie sticks for a healthier option!
