Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients into food processor and blend until well mixed. Pour into a nonstick 9-inch springform pan and press evenly onto bottom and up sides of pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until toasted. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, add cream cheese, cream and sugar, and mix well. Add sour cream and eggs, and mix until blended. With mixer on low, slowly add half-and-half until well mixed.
Pour mixture into cooled crust and bake for 50 minutes or until the filling rises but does not crack. Cool for 45 minutes before serving.
