EZ Brownie Cheesecake

For Crust

1 box

brownie mix, 8 ounce
|

For Filling
|
|
|
2 large
|
eggs
|
|
1 teaspoon
|
vanilla

16 ounces
|
cream cheese, softened
|
|
3 tablespoons
|
heavy whipping cream
|
|
1/2 cup
|
sugar
|
Cooking Instructions
For the Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare brownie mix according to directions. Pour batter into 9-inch nonstick springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes (it will not be completely baked).
For the Filling
Combine whipping cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Mix on medium with an electric mixer until evenly blended. Pour mixture over brownie crust. Melt chocolate chips, and drizzle over filling.
Bake approximately 35 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely before removing rim of pan.
