Cut the top and base from the pineapple. Holding upright, use a sharp knife to cut down the side of the fruit, removing the peel. Quarter the pineapple lengthwise. Remove and discard the center core from each quarter; slice crossways into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
Place the pineapple in the T-Fal Acti-Fry pan. Drizzle with 2 Acti-Fry spoons of the honey and 1 spoon of lemon juice. Cook for 10 minutes.
Quarter the figs. Add the figs and cinnamon to the Acti-Fry. Drizzle with the remaining honey. Cook for 5 minutes.
Variation: Substitute chopped dried figs if the fresh fruit is out of seasons. Serve over sponge cake, frozen yogurt, or ice cream.
