Ingredients

elbow macaroni or shell pasta

8 ounces grated

Sharp cheddar cheese
|

8 ounces grated
|
mozzarella cheese
|
|
1 teaspoon
|
dry mustard
|
|
3 medium
|
eggs
|
|
1/2 cup
|
milk
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain excess water. Combine all cheese and add 3/4 of cheese mix to hot macaroni. Mix until melted.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs together then pour into macaroni and cheese. Stir in eggs until well combined. Add milk and spices then mix until well combined.
Pour mixture into casserole dish, cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. With 5 minutes remaining, remove foil and spread remainder of cheese over top.
Optional: Chopped green onions sprinkled on top.
