1 cup hot water

2-1/2 cups semolina flour

Cooking Instructions

Mix water and flour in your KitchenAid Mixer with the paddle attachment on speed 3 for 20 minutes.

Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Insert one of the six pasta plates, included with your KitchenAid Pasta Press Attachment, for your desired pasta shape. (Find instructions in your KitchenAid Pasta Press Attachment User Guide for proper use.)

Cook your freshly-made pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Cooking times vary depending on pasta shape and size. Refer to your Pasta Press User Guide for cooking instructions.

Pair your homemade pasta with any sauce you choose and enjoy!
