Preheat grill to high (about 400 F).
Place steel grill platter on the grill and add cedar plank with salmon fillet on it.
Stretch pizza dough into crust size to fit on the pizza stone. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle the artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella (save a little extra cheese for the end) evenly over the pizza dough.
After the fish have been in for about 10 minutes, add the pizza on the stone to the grilling platter.
Check in about 10 minutes; the fish should be done. Remove and slice into half-inch pieces and add to the pizza. Sprinkle the last of the cheese over the pizza to melt over the salmon for about 2 more minutes.
Remove, slice and enjoy.
