Remove handle and place non-stick pizza pan on grill. Preheat for 10 minutes at medium heat.
Sprinkle wooden pizza peel or other smooth plate or cutting board with corn meal.
Flatten or roll dough on chosen surface and transfer to heated non-stick pizza pan. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes until dough becomes puffed up.
Turn dough onto other side with pizza peel or large spatula so cooked side is up.
Lightly oil tomatoes and place on dough. Mix the feta, garlic, olives, salt, basil and black pepper in a bowl and add to the top of the pizza dough.
Place dough back onto the non-stick pizza pan and cool for 6 to 7 minutes with the grill top closed occasionally checking the bottom to avoid excess charring.
Re-attach the handle and remove pizza from the grill and serve on a plate.
