Vanilla Kiwi Orange Ice Pops

Ingredients

2 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cups orange juice with extra pulp
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

This recipe uses the Cuisipro Ice Pop Molds.

Note: The thinner you can slice the kiwi, the easier it will be for them to stick to the sides of the mold.

Line each pop mold with two or three moist kiwi slices, pressed against the sides of the mold. Place molds in freezer for half hour or until kiwi slices are firmly frozen inside. Combine orange juice and vanilla well. Fill each mold to the fill line with juice. Insert sticks. Place lids on molds and freeze for four hours or overnight.
