Easy Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
A quick and easy vegetable side dish recipe featuring Brussels sprouts
Ingredients

2- 3 cups

Brussels sprouts, sliced in half
|
|
3 tbsp
|
balsamic vinegar
|
|
3 tbsp
|
olive oil
|
|
|
salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the vinegar, salt and pepper. In a thin stream, add the olive oil and whisk until combined and emulsified.
Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat sprouts in oil/vinegar mix.
Place the halved brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once. Sprouts are done when just tender and lightly browned.
