Cooking Instructions
Whisk all Spicy Rub ingredients together in a small bowl. Reserve.
Place oven racks in upper third of oven. Preheat oven to 375 F.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and lightly oil. Arrange wings in one layer on baking sheets. Do not crowd.
Liberally sprinkle spicy rub over chicken wings, turning to coat both sides. Roast wings for 20 minutes. Turn once and roast for 15 to 20 more minutes, or until they are brown and sizzling.
Remove from oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Pour Barbeque sauce over wings and toss to coat. Arrange wings on serving platter.
Serves 8 to 10.
