No Bake Macadamia Key Lime Pie

Crust
1-1/2 cupshortbread cookies, crushed
3/4 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped
1/4 cupsugar
1/2 cupbutter, melted
Filling
8 ouncescream cheese, softened
14 ouncessweetened condensed milk
1/2 cupkey lime juice
1 cupheavy whipping cream
1/4 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
lime zest curls for garnish

No Bake Macadamia Key Lime Pie - Instructions

Butter a 9 inch tart pan or pie plate. In a mixing bowl, add crushed cookies,
macadamia nuts, sugar and butter. Mix until evenly coated. Press into the prepared pan
and chill in the refrigerator 30 minutes to an hour.

In a large mixing bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, mix together cream cheese, milk
and lime juice until thoroughly combined. Pour cream cheese mixture into chilled
crust. Return to refrigerator and chill for 3 to 4 hours until set.

In a chilled mixing bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Pipe or smooth across the
top of the chilled pie. Sprinkle macadamia nuts and lime zest across the whipped cream
for garnish. Keep chilled. Serves 8 to 10.
