Corn on the Cob with Lime-Pepper Butter

8 earsfresh corn, husked
Lime-Pepper Butter:
1/2 cupbutter, softened
1 tablespoonlime zest
1 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoonsea salt

In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, lime zest, pepper and salt.

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Drop the corn into the water and cook for 2 minutes, or until the kernels are tender. Drain the corn and place it on a large platter. Top with the Lime-Pepper Butter.
