Mémé's Corn Relish

3 dozenears of corn, kernels cut off cob
4 cupsvinegar
2 cupswater
6 cupssugar
1 bunchcelery, diced
10onions, minced
6red peppers, diced
3 tablespoonsturmeric
2 tablespoonscurry powder
3 tablespoonsmustard powder
1 cupFflour

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a canning pot. Bring to a boil and lower to a high simmer. Keep it at a very low boil for 2 hours, stirring often.

Place in sterilized jars and process for 20 minutes. Yield 10-12 pint (500 ml) jars.
