|2 full racks||ribs (about 13)|
|3- 4 tablespoons||Barbeque Rub (any flavor)|
|1 1/2 cup||BBQ Sauce (any flavor)|
Liberally sprinkle rib rub on all sides of ribs. Place rack of ribs on baking sheet. Roast in 300 F oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Place warm ribs in smoker and smoke for 3 hours at 225 F. Remove from smoker. Slather smoked ribs with BBQ sauce. Serve with additional sauce for dipping.
