Fresh Pesto

2 cupstightly packed basil leaves
1 large clovegarlic, roughly chopped
3 tablespoonslightly toasted pine nuts
1 teaspoonKosher salt
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil, or more as needed

Place the basil, garlic, pine nuts, salt and olive oil in the work bowl of a food processor. Pulse to combine the mixture, scrapping down the sides often. Continuing pulsing until reaching desired consistency.
