Chimichurri Sauce

1 1/2 cupscilantro
1 1/2 cupsparsley
2cloves garlic
2 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil

Combine cilantro, parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse to combine. With the food processor running, add olive oil in a steady stream through the feed tube. Continue to blend until all ingredients are well mixed. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to two days.
