Classic Macaroni Salad

8 oz.elbow macaroni, cooked to packaged directions and cooled
1 cupmayonnaise
1 tablespoonvinegar
1 tablespoondijon mustard
1 teaspoonsugar
1 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
1 cupcelery, thinly sliced
1 cupgreen and red peppers, chopped
1/4 cuponion, chopped

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt and ground black pepper. Add celery, green and red peppers, onions and cooked macaroni. Toss to combine. Serve chilled.
