Mediterranean Tuna Salad

6 ouncestuna, canned
1 canartichoke hearts, drained and quartered
3/4 cupGreek olives, sliced
1/2 smallred onion, minced
1/4 cupparsley, minced
2garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoondry/fresh oregano
3 tablespoonslemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl combine tuna, red onion, parsley, Greek olives, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Mix and serve.
