Instructions

Cooking turkey so the dark meat is done but the light meat is not overdone can be tough! Easy fix: stuff the turkey with cold aromatics - halved lemons, halved whole garlic heads and herb bunches such as thyme. Be sure to thoroughly chill before stuffing. Additionally - take a folded cheesecloth and smear with softened butter. Place the butter smeared cloth over the breast meat for the first half of the total roasting time. Perfect and yummy!
