Radicchio and Apple Crostini

1 headradicchio
1shallot, minced
1apple, diced
1 tablespoonhoney
1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1 tablespoonolive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Italian bread

1. Heat oil in a large sauté pan. Sauté shallot and apple for approximately 3 minutes.

2. Add radicchio, honey, salt and pepper and cook until wilted.

3. Mix well and add balsamic vinegar.

4. Serve on toasted Italian bread.
