|1 1/2 cups||edamame cooked and shelled|
|2 tbsp||tahini paste|
|2 tsp.||lemon zest |
|2 tsp.||olive oil|
|salt and pepper to taste|
|black and white sesame seeds to garnish (if desired)|
Use a food processor to blend all ingredients, except for sesame seeds and 1 tsp. of olive oil. More water may be needed depending on consistency. Once desired consistency has been reached, put hummus in a bowl and garnish with remaining olive oil and sesame seeds. Serve with you favorite chips, crackers, or veggie sticks for a healthier option!
