Instructions
Combine basil, feta, salt and pepper, and set aside. Cut stem end off the okra pods and remove the seeds, trying not to split the okra pod. Stuff a teaspoon of cheese mixture into the okra, pushing the mixture firmly down into the pod. Heat oil in a sauté pan until hot. Sauté the okra pods 1-2 minutes. Keep a close watch on the okra; if they get too hot the cheese will begin to melt out of the pod.
