Chocolate Toffee Cookies
|1/2 cup||unsalted butter|
|1/2 cup||butter flavored shortening|
|3/4 cup||brown sugar|
|1/2 cup||dark cocoa|
|1 teaspoon||baking soda|
|2 cups||white chocolate chips|
|1/2 cup||pecans or walnuts|
|1 cup||toffee (chopped)|
Measuring Cups and Spoons
Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease cookie sheet.
Cream together the butter, shortening, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
Add in dry ingredients and mix chips, nuts and candy pieces. Let cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Drop a teaspoon of dough 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
