Broadmoor Tavern Horseradish Crusted Prime Rib
|5-7 pound||prime rib roast, trimmed|
|2 cloves||garlic, minced|
|1/4 cup||Dijon mustard|
|1/4 cup||whole grain mustard|
|1 teaspoon||sea salt|
|1 teaspoon||coarse black pepper|
|3 cups||dry bread crumbs|
|1-1/4 cup||salad oil|
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Rub trimmed prime rib with crust. Place prime rib on a wire rack in a roasting pan. Roast in oven at 325 F to 350 F, until prime rib reaches an internal temperature of 125 F, about 18 to 20 minutes per pound.
Allow to rest 15 minutes prior to slicing.
