Corned Beef and Cabbage in a Pressure Cooker - Instructions
Add water, beer, onions, garlic, and corned beef with spice packet into pressure cooker. Close the lid
and bring to high pressure. Cook for 1 hour. Following manufacturer's directions, release pressure using
the natural release method.
Transfer meat to serving plate and cover with foil. Add 1/4 cup water or beef stock to pressure cooker
to deglaze pan. Place potatoes, carrots and cabbage in the cooker. Close lid, bring to high pressure and
cook for 6 minutes. Following manufacturer's directions, release pressure using the cold water release
Slice corned beef against the grain and serve with vegetables on the side. Makes 6 servings.
