 Chocolate Pecan Pie| 4 | eggs | | 1 cup | sugar | | 1 cup | dark corn syrup | | 3 squares (1-ounce each) | unsweetened chocolate, melted | | 2 cups | pecan halves | | 1 | unbaked 10-inch pastry shell |
Instructions
1. Beat eggs, sugar and corn syrup with electric mixer on medium-high speed 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl.
2. Turn mixer to medium speed and gradually add in chocolate; beat 1 minute, until well blended. Stir in pecans.
3. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 45 minutes or until slightly soft in center. Makes 1 pie
