Chef Joe Gilbert has been a personal and corporate chef for HoMedics Corp (Taylor Precision Products is a HoMedics Corporation company) since 2001. He is a classically trained, Michelin Star, chef who studied at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He uses his skills to create dynamic gourmet presentations, as well as prepare foods according to medical and dietary restrictions for his clients. He manages all aspects of a corporate kitchen that prepares meals for 150 individuals per day, as well as managing meals and kitchens for private families. Chef Joe is the Taylor Precision Products professional representative for product quality, as well as consulting on professional product usage tips and ideas. We have also featured his skills at trade shows to prepare healthy, yet delicious foods for our customers and consumers.
