Heather Mitchell is a graduate of Bauman College in Boulder, Colorado. Bauman College is a Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts School based in the use of seasonal, organic, unrefined and local foods. The culinary program at Bauman College is very unique and cutting edge in its focus on alternative ingredients and therapeutic cooking. Students of the college leave with a strong understanding of how important diet can be in enhancing well-being and easing particular health conditions.
Heather currently works in the Colorado Springs area. She sees a range of personal clients, enjoys entertainment cooking, teaches many classes in the area and works closely with the Colorado Farm and Art Market as a board member and chef. Her cooking style is finding the best tasting ingredients and simply enhance the flavors.
