CHEFS gift packaging includes an ivory-colored package wrapped with a grosgrain ribbon, and topped with an ornamental miniature skillet. Select gift options during checkout to add gift packaging to your order, $6.00 per item wrapped. Gift packaging is not available on items delivered directly from the manufacturer or on heavy/oversized items; however, a personalized gift message may be included with items at no charge. Select gift options during checkout to specify one gift message per delivery address -- we'll print out a gift enclosure card with your personal message and include it with your gift. Gift messages up to 5 lines, 50 characters are complimentary. Gift messages are not available for items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Credit Cards:
CHEFS accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:

The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Debit Cards:
Debit card authorization takes place the day after the order is placed. Once authorized, funds are reserved for 7 days. Payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. A receipt is included with each order.

Gift Cards:
The easiest gift of all. Gift Cards are shipped free of charge in a special package with a copy of CHEFS catalog. Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed through our catalog, over the phone, in our store, or on our website at www.CHEFScatalog.com. Gift Cards (item #11960) are available in increments from $25 to $500.

To redeem your gift card online:

• During checkout, select gift card as your payment method. You will be instructed to enter the gift card number and the amount from the gift card that you wish to apply to your order.
• If your order total exceeds the value of your gift card, a credit card is required to process the order. Your credit card information can be entered on the payment screen. Any balance left on the order after the gift card balance has been applied will be charged to the credit card provided. If a credit card is not supplied, the order will be held until Customer Service is able to contact you to obtain a credit card for any remaining balance.
• If your order total is less than the value of your gift card, the unused value will remain on the card for a future purchase. Gift Cards do not expire.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from CHEFS catalog for any reason, simply return it to us along with your receipt for a prompt and courteous replacement, exchange or refund.

SALES TAX

With the exception of food items, sales tax is automatically calculated for CHEFScatalog.com orders shipped to California and Colorado. The amount is specified in the "Sales Tax" field of your online purchase summary.

• Add Additional $10 per address to standard delivery and processing charges for each order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
• Shipping charges are calculated for each individual ship to address. Please refer to the shipping and handling chart for charges per shipping address.
• Weekend and Holiday delivery is not available.

SECOND-DAY

• Expected delivery within 2 business days after your order leaves our warehouse for in-stock items.
• Add $9.95 per address to standard shipping and handling charges.
• Shipping charges are calculated for each individual ship to address. Please refer to the shipping and handling chart for charges per shipping address.
• Add $15.95 to shipping and handling costs for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Not available to other US Territories.
• Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Not available for heavy items or items delivered directly from the manufacturer.
• Not available for items with additional postage charges.
• Weekend and Holiday delivery is not available.

NEXT-DAY

• Expected delivery the next business day after your order leaves our warehouse for in-stock items.
• Add $19.95 per address to standard shipping and handling charges.
• Shipping charges are calculated for each individual ship to address. Please refer to the shipping and handling chart for charges per shipping address.
• Add $29.95 to shipping and handling costs for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Not available to other US Territories.
• Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Not available for items with additional postage charges.

Orders with multiple items shipped to the same address may not ship in the same box.

International Addresses
At this time, when ordering online, it is not possible to specify a shipping address in another country. Only U.S. territories including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military APO/FPO addresses that are served by the U.S. Postal Service are supported.

Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day deliveries are not available to post office boxes. Please select standard delivery during checkout for all orders shipped to P.O. boxes. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer can not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Orders to P.O. boxes are delivered via parcel post.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and Handling charges are calculated based upon the total cost of merchandise in your order to each individual shipping address. Drop-Ship Items
Some merchandise at CHEFScatalog.com is shipped directly from the manufacturer. These "drop-ship" items have special handling restrictions:

• Additional time is needed for order processing, so second-day and next-day shipping are not available. Heavy items, such as furniture, may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
• Drop-ship items can be delivered only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
• Drop-ship items cannot be gift wrapped.
• Drop-ship items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
• CHEFS cannot guarantee delivery date of drop-ship merchandise.

Free Shipping on Select Items
Some merchandise at CHEFScatalog.com is waived standard shipping charges as calculated by the shipping and handling chart above. Additional postage or heavy weight charges are not waived on these items.

Free Shipping Promotion
Limited time promotions at www.CHEFScatalog.com may waive standard shipping charges as calculated by the shipping and handling chart above. Express Delivery orders, heavy kitchen furniture, products delivered directly from the manufacturer, and items with additional postage and handling do not qualify for free shipping. Additional postage or heavy weight charges are not waived under this promotion. Promotion applies to qualifying orders to a single address in the continental US with valid promotion code only.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

CHEFS allows you to specify a delivery address for each item in your order during checkout. Recipient addresses may be saved for future use under My Account for faster checkout.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

CHEFS customers who place an order while logged into My Account may view their order status online. Log in to My Account to track orders shipped via FedEx.

CHEFS customers may also view their order history through My Account.

Order Confirmation and Order Shipped Emails: We will send a confirmation of your order, including when your item(s) ship* and any communication relevant to your order, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.

CHEFS GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it to us along with your receipt for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

Instructions for returning CHEFS merchandise are included on the return form attached to your packing slip. Make your return easier by taking advantage of our FedEx Return Service. First complete and detach the return processing form from your pack slip. Repack the item with the return processing form inside. After repacking the item, complete and detach the top portion of this form with the reason for your return and the action you wish us to take. Repack the item including the return instructions. Drop off the package at the nearest FedEx Kinko's or authorized return location. You can find FedEx authorized return locations at www.fedex.com/locatorreturns or by calling 1-800-GoFEDEX and asking for the nearest FedEx-staffed location. Detach the return system bar code from the bottom of your order form and give to the FedEx employee at the authorized return location. You will receive a receipt along with a return package tracking number. You pay nothing up front. A $10.50 restocking fee will be applied to your refund upon processing of your return.

If not using FedEx, or if you no longer have your pack slip, enclose the following information to allow us to process your return quickly and accurately:

• Your full name and address
• Proof of purchase (credit card statement) and/or your order number
• Reason for return
• Desired action (replace item, exchange or refund)

DUPLICATE CATALOGS OR CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you are receiving duplicate copies of the same catalog, please mail us all labels and indicate which one is correct. If you are moving or if your catalog is addressed incorrectly, please return a recent mailing label to us showing the correction. If you would prefer to fax a copy of the label and corrections, please fax to 800-967-2433.
