Makes 1 drink
If you want to make larger batches, premix the rum, Kahlua and cognac. Put 5 tablespoons ineach cup and continue the recipe.
2 tablespoons dark rum
2 tablespoons Kahlua, or other coffee liqueur
1 tablespoon Cognac or brandy
¾ cup strong coffee
Lightly whipped sweetened whipped cream
Bittersweet chocolate bar
In a wine goblet or cappuccino glass, combine the rum, Kahlua and Cognac. Add the hot coffee.Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and using a vegetable peeler, shave some chocolate over the top.
